    Hi,

I have a laptop Dell Inspiron E1505 and I have had many problems since I re install windows. Originally, my computer has Windows media player, and I switch it to WinXP. Now, I do not have any sound. I just can listen some songs I think that depends on how high is the original sound..... but the problem is when I tried to listen something after a couple of seconds the computer turn into a blue screen with a Kernel Data error. I've tried many times to figure out this situation, but it does not work out even re-installing winxp.....

When I am listening something, I loose control of my computer for a moment and then turns blue..... but if I allow "mute" from the main screen, I can watch videos, but I cannot listen anything....

I think that this is a problem of the decibels, as higher is the sound of the song, I can listen it for a while and then, the computer is "out of order" with a blue sign... I can take a picture of this screen and send it to you if you need... Please SOS I cannot survive no listen any music!!!!

Anybody who can help me.. please SOS...

    Ralph.
