I get the following error trying to access word document attachments thru a IE 6.

Access Violation at address 77E7A75E in Module 'Kernel32.dll'. Read of address 00000001.

Any ideas on this would help.

Thanks.

The only thing I can think of is that you might not have administrative rights to the document or the system on which they are held. Are there any other User Profiles on the system, and are you logged on as Admin?
