Kernel32 Weakness?

    Too many Illegal Operations...either in <unknown> modules or in Kernel32.dll....Happens all too often....especially with Windows Media Player...(Thats usually in wmpui.dll) or often when online....Can any one throw me a bone?

    Tell us what Windows version you are running and give us a sample of exact error messages, such as:

    QUIKVIEW caused an invalid page fault in
    module <unknown> at 0000:7d503882

    Have you run an updated antivirus scan?

    If you have Win98 or above, let's see what you have running at startup: go to start>run msinfo32 and click on "software environment" and "startup programs". Then click Edit>Select All>Edit>Copy and paste the copied text in your next reply.

    Have you tried removing and reinstalling Windows Media Player?
