When I try to start Norton I get this message
Memory access violation in module Kernel32 @ 6741:71586213

I have no idea what this is about. Can someone enlighten me?

Thank you in advance for your time.

I found the answer. I caught the Swen virus. Used symantic tool and all is well now.
