kernell32.dll error

    Afternooon

    The pc is running the operating system windows me, when I try to access the control panel I get the error message "explore has caused an error message in kernel32.dll" and it will not allow me to access any of the applications in the control panel. Help!!

    Please post your startup list by doing the following :-

    Please go here and download startuplist 1.5 :-

    Download to any folder or your desktop
    Unzip the zipfile
    Double click the exe file
    go to Edit - select all - copy - and paste the results in a new post here
