Keyboard only in Safe Mode

Malwarebytes solved my malware problem but the keyboard only works in safe mode. Device manager shows keyboard appears to be installed and okay. Below is the Malwarebytes log showing malware problem and how it was corrected.

Any suggestions will be sincerely appreciated
