keyboard shortcut for wireless

    hey i have a siemans fujitsu amilo laptop and my wireless button has broken and i cant connect to the internet without pressing this button it tells me that there is a keyboard shortcut but im not sure what it is. i bought this laptop from a friend and havent got instruction manual so please somebody help im lost with out the internet!

    Wireless button? is that on the keyboard? you should be able to use your mouse to click on Internet explorer and post what happens. also, what kind of internet connection do you have? dial up is harder to configure than dsl.

    it is a small button next to the on/off button. my friend says when you press this the internet connects to my broadband wireless modem. but the button is broken and theren is no other way of starting wireless. its so confusing!

    Look across the top of the Function keys at the top of the keyboard, do any of them look like a little wireless antenna? If so press the FN key and the appropriate F# key and see if that activates it.

    also down in the system tray there should be soemthing liek this... i wont be the avaible wireless networks it will be another icon down there.
