All of a sudden my keyboard stopped working in Fallout 4 so i restarted my pc. After I hit enter on the Windows startup the LED goes dark on the keyboard and I cannot use it. My usb headphones work as well as the mouse. Im running Windows 7 Pro x64. If you need more specs ask. (ASRock motherboard and startup menu)

I found out the only 2 of the USB ports are still working and that is the issue. Im guessing I have to download USB drivers from somewhere... Any idea where I can find some or how to get them?

    Try this:
    1. Press [Winkey]+[R], type in devmgmt.msc and press [Enter].

    2. Under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" right-click any one of them with a question mark on them and select "Update Driver Software".

Is this an add-on USB adapter?

I'd try "Uninstall" and then reboot. With any luck when Windows boots back up it will discover the "new hardware" and try to go out and get the correct driver(s) for you.

On the two with the yellow exclamation marks, did you try the right-clicking each and selecting Uninstall, and then reboot?
