I bought a kodak dx4330 digital camera and easy share dock II. I attempted to installing the kodak easyshare software, but got an error message that says "specified service already exist".
There was at one time a kodak DC5000 software installed on my machine, so I uninstalled that software, but I still get that error message when I try installing the software, does anyone have any suggestions or ideas how to resolve this problem.

after I double checked the "add/remove programs" list for anything Kodak related ( which you probably already did), I guess I would do a few searches on my machine for "kodak" related files or programs.

maybe use " * " as a wildcard before and after the word kodak ...( *kodak* ) to show any variations of the word kodak that might exist.

    start....search......files or folders.......*kodak*

see what comes up.....you could temporarily put resulting items in recyle bin to see if it helps, and if not just restore the found items back to where they were.
