Hi, im having a problem with our printer, we have a Kyocera FS-1000 with 7 computers running off of it.

Now, 3 of the computers are running Windows 98 SE and it works fine for them but the others are using Windows 2000 and for some reason it wont print out of the second tray for those computers, the drivers we are using are just the ones from the CD and then i went to the Kyocera site and downloaded specific win 2000 drivers but it's still not working!

When i go to Word 2000, i click print and then i click on the properties next to the printer thats selected and in there i click the drop down box in the "Paper/Quality" Tab and it has a little yellow triangle box with an exclamation mark around the "Cassete 2" icon and when i try select it i get this error messege.

"The following settings conflict with each other."

"Paper source: Cassete 2"
"Paper Feeder: Not Installed"

Then just gives me an option to "Restore my previous settings" or "keep this setting, ill change it later".

Please help!

And i realised it said the Paper Feeder is not installed but i didnt do anything different when installing on WIN 98 SE and the second tray worked fine so its got me boggled.
