run hijackthis, tick all below, doublecheck to make sure you haven't missed any, close all browser windows & press fix checked

    O8 - Extra context menu item: Coupons - file://C:\Program Files\couponsandoffers\System\Temp\couponsandoffers_script0.htm

reboot & delete the folowing files or folders
    C:\WINDOWS\oo4.dll
    C:\Program Files\couponsandoffers\couponsandoffers.exe......complete couponsandoffers folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\service.exe......this is normally a trojan so Run an online antivirus check from at least one of the following sites
    http://security.symantec.com/default.asp?
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

    then
    download AdAware 6 181
Before you scan with AdAware, check for updates of the reference file by using the "webupdate".

    Then ........

Make sure the following settings are made and on -------"ON=GREEN"
From main window :Click "Start" then " Activate in-depth scan"

    then......

click "Use custom scanning options>Customize" and have these options on: "Scan within archives" ,"Scan active processes","Scan registry", "Deep scan registry" ,"Scan my IE Favorites for banned URL" and "Scan my host-files"

    then.........

go to settings(the gear on top of AdAware)>Tweak>Scanning engine and tick "Unload recognized processes during scanning" ...........then........"Cleaning engine" and tick "Automaticly try to unregister objects prior to deletion" and "Let windows remove files in use at next reboot"

then...... click "proceed" to save your settings.

Now to scan it´s just to click the "Scan" button.

When scan is finished, mark everything for removal and get rid of it.

    then
Download Spybot - Search & Destroy from http://security.kolla.de

After installing, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.
Next, close all Internet Explorer and OE windows, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds that is marked in RED.

then post a new hijackthis log to check what is left

I can find nothing about this but it looks suspicious, if you know what it is & have installed it then leave it alone if not fix this one also
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Rerr] C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\uuub.exe

run hijackthis, tick all below, doublecheck to make sure you haven't missed any, close all browser windows & press fix checked
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [service.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\service.exe

you must have missed it last time then open task manager by pressing CTRl+ALT + DEL and stop the running process on service.exe
then using windows explorer navigate to & delete the file

if that doesn't work let us know

I think that got the service.exe....

Still have the L2M checked as a toolbar when right clicking on the task bar.

can't see any obvious entries for it buit have just noticed you are running an older version of hijackthis

update it by pressing config/misc tools & update

a newer version might show something else

L2M is not one I am familiar with but I was thinking that the 004.dll we removed earlier was it's cause but I am obviously wrong, I know the 004.dll does put some sort of toolbar on there

Sometimes the entries stay on the taskbar even though the bar itself is removed, what happens when you click on the toolbar list, does a bar pop up?

I can't see anything at all to account for it, if the bar isn't popping up when you click on the task bar entry, then it must be an orphaned entry that hasn't disapeared, no doubt some else will come up with a way of removing it later

You just have one minor problem to fix

Run HJT and fix this one
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
