Labels from excel

Excel itself won't do it..at least not with out a lot of work.... I use WORD with the Avery Wizard free Addin. They are a common Label mfg and you can get generic "Copies" of their labels from any office store supply store.

It will let you select Excel lists as a source and then generates a Word document with all the data laid out to print on the labels.

Awesome Thanks...But what can I do because I tried this awhile ago and the addresses didn't match the labels exactly.

it's best if you buy the Avery labels first so you know what stock number to use. then once you have them you can use them to find generic ones. I've even seen them reference the avery number, otherwise Measure.

I'll check mine out later again as I don't have it on this PC..

Eg.

I don't know if you have a Staples store in your Area, but click on this LINK...this is a Store brand (staples) label, if you click the image you will see it references "AVERY" number in the top right.
