Hi, I play a game called Digital Paintball 2.0 for the quake 2 engine.

And I used to have a pretty badass gaming computer, but then my motherboard fried and now i'm on this garbage Dimension 2400 Dell.

To get to the point, I was wondering if anyone knew any programs that may be able to raise my frames per second at all? Or how to take v-sync off? Any help would be appreciated.

No I don't have money to buy a new computer before you say something about it.

Correct. Unless you get a video card (probably PCI since I think that one does not have AGP) you are stuck with that.
