Lag spikes when two or more computers are in use.

    Hello,

    I'll try to not drag this out, so I'll try to be brief.
    Since about a week ago, my room-mates and I have been getting lag spikes on the internet when more than one of us are on the internet at once, yet the connection is perfectly stable when there is only one active. ( Does not matter which one. )

    I've run Avast, AVG and CCcleaner, on all the computers and the spikes still persist. I've also replaced my router with no results.
    Here's my system info and some tracerts showing the lag spikes
