My language settings appear to change at random, without warning. I will try to type a question mark and instead this symbol will appear É. It also plays around with my punctuation keys, I can't use apostrophes properly or use less than or greater than signs. Of course I've tried to change my language back to English, but nowhere does it say that it's changed (Office still says I'm using Canadian English, as usual). The only way I've figured out to make it stop is to restart, which is a pain. Any ideas?
Note: it always changes to this "language". It has never changed to anything else (ie, Chinese, Spanish. only this thing)
