laptop boots up then flashes blue screen!!

    My Hp Laptop Will Boot Up But Then Flashes A Quick Unreadable Blue Screen.then Restarts Only To Repeat This Same Frustrating Process!!!

    Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

    No But Just Recently My Usb Port Stopped Working Also.

    Can you get into safe mode as the administrator of the laptop not the same user name your trying to use?

    The only thing i can really get into is the setup F10 at the HP startup screen
