I just tried using the camera on my laptop and it won't work and I don't know why.
I get the following error message:
    "We can't find your camera"
    Error code 0xA00F4244

I can't even find a driver for this camera.

I downloaded that and restarted my computer and I still get the same error. When I got back into device manager to try to find the driver, I again cant find it:

I can see, however, that the universal driver was loaded. What next?

You have a HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G2 Tablet.

It was purchased in May 2014 and came with Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Allan provided you with the correct software driver package (sp79338.exe) for its webcam.

I followed your suggestion and all the switches for the camera are set in the on position.
They have always been on the on position.
I cant find where the drive should be listed in the device manger.

There should be a Cameras entry in Device Manager.

Try to update to Windows 10 1909 version using Windows Update, I read online that updating to version 1903 which you have now can cause this problem.
