Laptop can't find network and audio not working

    Hey I have a Toshiba satellite c55-B
    All of a sudden the laptop can't find a network and the audio also does not work
    It was fine a few days ago and after installing new printer and restarting it stopped working

    Are you sure the model number of that Toshiba Satellite laptop is C55-B?

    The COMPLETE model number is needed in order to correctly identify it.
