I'm having a problem where my laptopis now starting to freeze on me when playing games or watching videos, but will go back to normal after a few seconds to minutes; I've noticed that blowing in the vents will bring it back sooner. The temperature logs of my imbedded GPU always shows 62c as the last read temp before it had an error, which aligns with my computer freezing. It is hard to tell when it will freeze, but it seems to freeze faster and more frequently if the internet is involved as well (wireless), i.e. playing same game multiplayer vs. single. After one instance I quickly turned off the computer and opened the bottom to check it out, I noticed that the heat sync was not even warm. What would be the best way to fix this issue? I'm thinking of putting on some new thermal paste, but not sure that would solve anything. Thanks!
