I am facing crash issues with my laptop it overheats and then crashes i have cleaned my laptop today and the fan is now working silently but when i play games such as dragonball fighterz and devil may cry 4 it crashes after 5 or 10 minutes depending on the temp but when i play borderlands 2 it works with no issues. I have limited the processor power in battery options but no luck it crashes anyway.

You are using that laptop in a manner for which it was not designed; it is not a gaming laptop. That unit is designed for basic office work ie running word, excel, email, etc. It does not have the cooling or heavy duty parts that are found in a purpose designed gaming laptop.
