Hello, I hope someone can help please.
I bought a Dell Precision 5530 with Windows 10 at a bankruptcy auction without knowing that the previous owner, a company, had removed the factory reset option. I managed to gain access into the laptop but as I would like to pass this laptop on, it would be great to be able to remove the company logo etc. It might not be possible but if someone could tell me either way, that would be very much appreciated.
    Thank you!

What's the exact 7-character service tag/serial number on yours?

If that laptop still contains all the "debris" from its previous owner, you should do a clean install of Windows 10 and give it a fresh start.
