I'm guessing you actually have a HP ProBook 4530s Notebook PC which originally came with a version of Windows Vista or Windows 7.
What's the exact product number(P/N) and serial number(S/N) on it?
What's the exact Windows version on its Certificate-Of-Authenticity sticker?

THIS is the listed Windows 8.1 driver for its AMD graphic device.
According to your image, there doesn't appear to be a driver installed for it.

    Laptop serial : CNU2072y52

Yes there is no driver installed because i cannot boot the windows with any AMD driver on it because i get blackscreen every time or sometimes even white. The listed amd driver wich you linked i tried installing like 10 times but no succes. i think my GPU is dead...

The problem is that i reinstalled the windows when i bought this laptop second hand...but the thing is that the drivers worked before on windows 7 with no problems and suddenly when i played a game i got a blackscreen and couldn't boot windows and i reinstalled windows because i had no choice...and since then when ever i try to Install a driver no mather from where i download it, i always get a black screen.

i got a sticker on the laptop suse linux enterprise desktop 11 novell.

I have no CD or DVD with my laptop i got my drivers always from hp website.

According to that serial number, you have THIS HP ProBook 4530s Notebook PC.
It appears it was purchased new in February 2012 and came with the SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 operating system.

What version and bit number of Windows 7 was it running before you switched it to Windows 8.1?
If it was working fine with Windows 7, why did you switch to Windows 8.1?

@flavallee I think it was windows 7 32 bit before i switched to windows 8.1 . I had to switch because windows didin't booted after the game that i was playing crashed hard..and meanwhile i knew that i was on 32 bit with 8gb of ram and that was stupid because i cann't use all 8 with 32 bit .. so i decided to upgrade to 8.1 64 bit so i can get a full use of my laptop.

That model laptop is not designed for the demands of gaming, so that's one reason why it crashes during game play.

If it has 8 GB of RAM, you definitely want to install a 64-bit version of Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1.

If you decide to reinstall Windows 7 SP1, THIS install and update guide will be very helpful to you.

I've never used or installed Windows 8.1, so I can't comment on it.

One reason why I avoid ATI/AMD graphics and stick with NVIDIA graphics is because drivers are easier to obtain and install. (y)

Looks like Frank (flavallee) has the right idea !

To be fair though AMD does say that graphics adapter is no longer supported.

Did you try both drivers from my link ?
