Part of that is likley because you may be using the Aero interface which can use a lot of cram and since you no longer have any vram you’re using part of the 4GB ram you have on the system which is MINIMUM required for Windows Ultimate in the first place. I would recommend doubling the RAM to atleast 8GB since you have Windows Ultimate as its a very resource hungry OS.

You may also want to do a tuneup and check for viruses, etc. which we can assist with here if you’d like

Please run the MGA Diagnostic Tool and post back the report it creates:
    • Download MGADiag to your desktop.
    • Double-click on MGADiag.exe to launch the program
    • Click "Continue"
    • Ensure that the "Windows" tab is selected (it should be by default).
    • Click the "Copy" button to copy the MGA Diagnostic Report to the Windows clipboard.
    • Paste the MGA Diagnostic Report back here in your next reply.

You appear to have a Toshiba Satellite C50/C55 series laptop.
What's the exact serial number on it?

Please reply to the instructions in post #3 and submit the requested report.

At first, it was windows 8. I tried to upgrade with a windows10.
After a month, my graphics card crashed.
I gave it to a shop and they told the motherboard had a problem too.
He serviced it and put windows 7.
    What can be the problem?

Your windows 7 Ultimate is an OEM SLP licence
Such OEM SLP license should only come preloaded with a new PC.

The report shows that there are file mismatches

I suggest you take it back to the shop
and ask them to return the laptop to its original OS or a properly licensed OS of your choice - legitimately in use on that computer
No help will be given on this site with that computer whilst it has that OS installed which is not legitimately in use on that Toshiba

The reason is that one of the site rules is
However that decision is subject to confirmation from a Site Administrator or Moderator and I have arranged for such to be posted to the topic.
Please be patient whilst the situation is reviewed

I'm guessing that's an OEM copy of Windows 7 Ultimate from a Toshiba Satellite computer.

Yes unfortunately we can't work on this system as it's not currently using a valid Windows license.

I have a doubt, will the graphics card work if the windows is changed?
Can it be due to file mismatches. The man at the shop told me that its driver software was not working...
