Laptop keeps freezing and BSOD

Hello,

I've just bought my Vaio laptop like 2 months ago or so and I've been getting almost daily blue death screen/hangs. Last night I encountered 3 hangs while I was browsing the internet, with nothing but only iTunes on! And then blue screen came to attack of course, out of nowhere.

System
- Memory: 4gb
- Windows 7 64
- Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53ghz

It's annoying, really. Especially if I leave my laptop alone at night, I'd wake up to see the laptop has restarted due to BSOD. I'd really appreciate any help before I go and rant at the Sony people, which would result in my laptop getting reformatted in the end, I'm sure *sighs*
