My computer just shuts off by its self, no warning or anything. It is not the power save feature. Norton Virus after being updated does not catch anything. Do you have any ideas?

Is this what you mean by specs?
    System:
    Microsoft Windows XP
    Professional Version 2002
    Service Pack 2
    Pentium 4 CPU 3.60 GHz
3.59 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM

The computer has random amounts of time that it shuts off, and also while different programs are running.

Does it seem to be getting hot at all....and when it shuts down can you start it up immediately or do you have to wait awhile.

Check all fans are working and the PC is free of dust

There are 3 fans on back, only two outer fans are working. I can start it up right after it has shut off. I sometimes get an restore desktop page when I restart. I have noticed the computer does seem to be working slower sometimes.
