laptop keyboard problem

    So my laptop's keyboard is not working properly... some keys, on a single press, writes the letter 2-3 times and some keys just dont work at all..
    im not sure as to what is the problem! can you guys hel?

    Attach an external keyboard. If it works properly, then the problem is the laptop keyboard (hardware); if it doesn't work properly, then the problem is software.

    the external keyboards work properly wen connected with a usb.... the problem is within the laptop's keyboard!
    i dont know what has caused that problem. can you tell?

    No I can't tell what caused the internal keyboard to malfunction.
    You can remove the keyboard and see if the ribbon cable connecting it is seated properly and not damaged.
    Then if it works again, that was the problem.
    If it still doesn't work, then replace the internal keyboard or continue to use an external one.
