I have a new Toshiba laptop it has a intel i7 12gb ram and 1,000gb space. There's no reason for it to be slow but it literally is burdened buy loading anything!!! What should I do????

If I bought a new laptop/computer and it was slow or not working up to my expectations
It would be back in the box to return it then would be looking at another brand....... or

I read the other thread first and assumed only the battery was new, not the laptop.

A new laptop should not have multiple problems. Return it and either get a fully working replacement or your money back.

Return the new laptop that a) is slow and b) battery refuses to charge. New devices should not have problems.

I agree on returning it. Most probably you got a defective laptop.
