I am looking to buy a laptop for my parents, in their 50', not tech savvy at all. Barely use their smart phones. It will be used for general things like facebook, email and documents.
My younger brother will be starting college next year so he might need to use it himself until he buys his own. At the moment, they use mine when it's needed but I'm moving away soon.

What would you recommend? I don't want to spend too much money as it won't be used much or heavily.

Thank you for your help :)

It would be easier to help you if you tell us the maximum you want to spend and which country you are in.
Also do you want a Windows OS on the new laptop ?
