    Hi there,

I have a Presario 700 laptop screen that's been detached from the motherboard. There are two intact wires(with connector pieces) which would be attached to the motherboard. How do I test to see if this screen works? How does it power up? I would like to use it to make a smart mirror....!

    Thanks,

    kabes

To clarify—you only have the screen, and not the entire laptop itself?

Hi Mark, yes I only have the laptop screen. It's completely intact and there are two connector pieces on it.
