My laptop screen has started doing some weird things. I first noticed it about 6 months ago after i download zune. The problem would only happen in the zune software. About 2 days ago i upgraded to windows 8 and now it is doing it on every application i open. I can make it go away sometimes by highlighting the text it gets but it doesnt always work. Ill post some pictures that i captured on screen. Any ideas on how to fix it?

It could be a video driver issue, have you check to see if there are any Windows 8 driver updates for your graphics card?

Yeah i just did a round of updating last night, new intel family chipset drivers and cpu drivers. Still didnt fix the problem. Should i run upgrade assistant again? I did it a couple days before i upgraded.

did the upgrade assistant list zune as a problem when you ran it

where did the laptop video driver come from

check the l/top makers site for the latest and reinstall it

with video drivers and a l/top it is best to get them from the l/t makers site as some include other items in with the video driver
