I was just logging in to win xp on my toshiba satellite, and there was a power loss (I directly plug, have no battery). But now it won't start! I've tried every start mode, and they all seem to begin loading, then go to blue screen and reboots by itself! I'm guessing there's nothing electrically wrong, since it does power up, but I don't know what to do... Please Help!!!

What OS are you running? Try booting from the windows CD and go into the recovery console and run chkdsk /r.
