Good Morning
I have a HP laptop, the laptop does not have a battery and I turn it on via the charger only, and turn it off by pulling the charger from the charger port, and the last time when I pressed the power button the laptop didnt respond, what is the problem? And how can I solve it

If you’re turning the laptop off by pulling out the cord then the Motherboard may have fried, the power supply may have fried, in fact a number of things may have failed because of this. Is there a reason why you couldn’t turn the laptop off via the usual ways?

A computer should be shut down by clicking the start button, then selecting Power and last Shut down.
This is the correct process whether it has a battery or not.

Repeated failures of doing this will scramble your files. Windows is coded to correctly close out what is running then shut itself off.
