Laptop stopped recognizing Logitech Mouse USV. Moved it
to another Laptop and it worked fine. Tried another mouse
and it would not recognize it either.

Good to hear. It sounds like you may have a problem with some of your usb ports if your mouse works on one but not the other. If you have another device that you can plug into your usb ports please plug it into the usb ports that your mouse didn't work on & let me know if that device works or not. This will tell us if your usb ports aren't working or if your mouse didn't like those ports.

Sorry i've been gone for so long. I've been very busy with work & stuff.
Since the usb port works with your storage device & not the mouse it sounds like either your mouse or your computer is picky about what usb port the mouse will work on.
