no worries, we all have our moments :)
So, I copied the file it gave me to a USB, went to that Flash Update thing, and I can’t do anything from here. And when Dell recommended me to make it into a bootable USB, I did, then dragged the file after Dell did its thing. I still got the same image.
Is there a certain way of doing this?

wow that looks different to what I am used to (I am also working in a Dell environment) but where the drop down is, change it to FS2 or FS0 depending what is available. If you don't see it, then the usb is not being recoginzed.

There was only FS0 & FS1. Any recommendations? Change the USB or maybe I made the bootable USB incorrectly? I may go to IT today though. If I do, what should I tell them? Also, you respond really quickly lol.

If you want, I can also record a video of me doing this entire process.

Try a different USB port to confirm. The IT team may be able to get it recognized or maybe they have a usb stick they can use to help.

I see you are posting from a second user account. Why did you create a new account?

You have failed to reply but I will give you another 24 hours to do so. After that, if I've still not heard back from you both accounts will be deleted.
