Says network unavailable and when I click to view the avail networks, it has the USR which is my router, and MS home. Could this MShome be what is messing it up? What is it anyways?

MSHome is your 'workgroup'. Different computers can identify themselves as members of different workgroups, so that you could do something like having different departments in different workgroups 'folders', rather than every computer being in one massive group.
