Laptop won't connect to mobile hotspot

    Hi, I have tmobile samsung note 4 and I tried to connect it to my hp Compaq Presario C700 windows 8 and it keeps saying unable to connect, but when I tried with my Samsung Tablet it connect with no problem. Why doesn't t on next with my phone????

    Do a Google on "t mobile Samsung note 4 hotspot" without the quotes.

    There is also a connecting to a hot spot at the same location.
