laptops been compromised

    so i get home from work yesterday , logon to my laptop so i can do my uni homework and i see all these weird links on the desktop... you porn, all sorts of other porn sites which i never use..

    i immediately knew it was a bug so I attempted to download malwarebytes and others, but I cannot go to any malware combat site..

    i did finally manage to install malwarebytes but cant update it..

    thats the jist of it...cannot go to any av or malware sites.
