Help my laptop over heats and crashes when i go on certain websites. Someone suggested i run anti spyware, however when it gets to 72% on the scan the same things happens, the laptop over heats and turns off, please can anyone help.
Also when booting my lap top up the blue screen comes on and says a scan of disk d ntfs has to be done. I have tried the chkdsk but this does not work

If you are sure it's overheating you need to clean the CPU cooler and exhaust vent, I would completely remove the fan and clean everything (very carefully) and refit to the CPU using thermal paste - it worked on my Toshiba laptop.
