Hello all, I am using a professional recording software DAW called sonar X1 and it keeps freezing up, popping, and crashing completely. some folks on soanars forum told me to get LatencyMon and it will let me know whats using all my cpu and causing problems with this software that needs a tun to run correctly. Shur enough when I ran the LatencyMon my main culprit is svchost. what is it? do I need it? If I need it, how can I stop it from using all my CPU?

Have you solved this problem? If not, how much memory or cpu is it saying that svchost is using?
