Lazy comp boots sometimes

    IDK why, but my comp started to fail boot when i try and start it up, this happened a few days ago... i had to turn off the switch in the back of the comp 3 times and retry it.
    I've had this problem before do to a microsoft security update :( .. my computer would just go weak and fail to boot sometimes. but ive turned off microsoft updates like a month back and dont browse much on the net, xept for my trusted sites.
    so i decided to install panda IS but it found nothing too.
