Lcd cable issue

    When i open my laptop its screen is white if i tilt it back it go normal i opened the screen and noticet that if u push the black lcd display cable near to motherboard everything is fine when i gake off my fingers from it screen goes white..help

    Hi Uniti, and welcome to TSG.

    The problem may be that the cable is no longer firmly plugged into its mating connector on the motherboard. With the AC charger disconnected and the battery removed, you should be able to carefully and gently disconnect and reconnect the cable. The exact procedure will depend on the type of cable and motherboard connector that are used by your particular laptop computer.

    If the problem is a conductor in the cable that broke due to flexing from opening and closing the lid of the laptop, your only hope may be to be able to purchase a replacement cable.
