I service a library that has had about 3 problems with LCD monitors. The first one was just starting to fade out. It was about 4 years old and I would think this would be normal?...Right? Next was the new 18in. Dell Monitor that had to be replaced twice, the first time ended up being the video card but also sent a refurbished monitor. The second time it had a problem with the pixels being fuzzy and changing colors weird. This monitor was 2 months old and was expensive. Next was the office machine that was also a month old and one of the Fluorescent tubes burned out at the top of the screen. All of the machines are plugged into working surge protectors. I am scared that if we have anymore problems at this library that Dell might not cover another replacement monitor. Any input is appreciated.
    Thanks in advances
