    Hello
    I have an old Lenovo laptop
    win 10 -64 upgraded on line from win 7
    4 GB
    20+ HDD
    Runs very slow

    Is there a cheap way yo make it faster without buying another one?

    You may want to add another 4 GB or RAM or higher and install an SSD between 120 GB or higher and you will sure notice the differnce.
    What is the model and serial number of your laptop.

    This Laptop takes Maximum 4GB

    Try installing an SSD and it would run a little bit much faster.

    Hello! To get the information about your computer:

    Go to Start > Run.
    Type cmd and press Enter.
    In the black box, type the following commands:

    wmic computersystem get "Model","Manufacturer"

    wmic bios get serialnumber

    and these should show you the information on the computer. Please notate the information here.
