I have windows 10 home, on a lenovo 330 Idea pad 12 gigs memory. The touch pad wont scroll or when I hit something to open it, it wont. This started after an update of windows 10. I have tried disabling and restarting the computer that did not work. I tried uninstalling and installing and it wont work. I tried troubleshooting, it wont work. I tried updating drivers and that says drivers are to date.. I tried to go into pointer settings for sinopses there is no settings. Not sure I spelled that right. Anyway Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not able to find model number 3030 for the Lenovo IdeaPad.
Is it possibly model number 330 or 330S?
What's the exact serial number on yours?

Does an external USB wireless mouse work okay with it?

Go to Lenovo's support site and find your machine. Then locate the touchpad driver and try that. Since you say the touchpad page in pointer settings is blank, some files must be corrupt.
