    i went to pcpitstop.com to test my system and it keeps telling me that the level 2 cache is not enabled, how do i enable it? how do i find a memory leak? i had a generic 7 gig HD and i thought changing it to a maxtor 80 gig would help ( it hasn't:mad: )can someone please me before i toss this *%&#^[email protected] system. it's very unstable and crashes or freezes often

    Hello!

    Sounds like you're not happy! Let's start by getting a list of whats running with your system. Go HERE download StartupList, then post the results back here. Then people that can help will see if there's anything that shouldn't be running at startup.

    did you get the VIDEOX.DLL entry as a drive by - it should probably go.
    There are a fair number of other things to get rid of - but let's start somewhere.

    You don't need OEMRUNONCE.

    If it was me I'd stop realplayer from running on startup then work at getting rid of the tgcmd and the TkBell entries.

    I'd uninstall memturbo.
    There are 2 that I don't really recognize
    BigFix.lnk = C:\Program Files\BigFix\BigFix.exe
    AutoloadCS.lnk = C:\Program Files\RoadSide Software\Cache Speed\RSSAD.exe
    and I think you should probabkly run SpyBotSD.

    Do you know if you really require the Broadjump client?? I like to get rid of it in most cases.

    The L2 cache (if present) is enabled with a setting in the bios.
    Have you run ASD to see if there are any failures.
