Hello!

Sounds like you're not happy! Let's start by getting a list of whats running with your system. Go HERE download StartupList, then post the results back here. Then people that can help will see if there's anything that shouldn't be running at startup.

did you get the VIDEOX.DLL entry as a drive by - it should probably go.
There are a fair number of other things to get rid of - but let's start somewhere.

You don't need OEMRUNONCE.

If it was me I'd stop realplayer from running on startup then work at getting rid of the tgcmd and the TkBell entries.

I'd uninstall memturbo.
There are 2 that I don't really recognize
BigFix.lnk = C:\Program Files\BigFix\BigFix.exe
AutoloadCS.lnk = C:\Program Files\RoadSide Software\Cache Speed\RSSAD.exe
and I think you should probabkly run SpyBotSD.

Do you know if you really require the Broadjump client?? I like to get rid of it in most cases.

The L2 cache (if present) is enabled with a setting in the bios.
Have you run ASD to see if there are any failures.
