:confused::confused::confused::confused:Is there anyone that knows what to do? I am trying to install a printer on my dell notebook. I have tried tech support people and they haven't been much help. when I go and try to print something it says problem connecting to the printer. I have tried to change electric outlet, changed usb ports, disconnected the printer from the computer, reinstall, and nothing seems to happen. Can any one help or know what is up?:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Try unplugging the printer. Remove all the Lexmark printers from the Printers & Faxes applet. Reboot. Plug in the printer and let it install itself. Don't do anything yourself. When installed, try printing.

If that doesn't work, do the same thing again, but try installing a driver from the Lexmark site.
