Lexmark z31? prints blank pages

    A friend can print from the Internet but she can't print anything from Word (97). I am now having her compare the two to see if there are any differences between the Internet properties and word print properties.

    I had her open a page in IE, she's an aol user, so she could compare the two properites. They were the same. I asked her to print a page using IE, she got the pics, not the words.
