My son has the above printer which has been working normally for quite a while now suddenly when he wants to print something he is getting this message coming up 'output file name' how can I get rid of this message so as he can print as before. I have tried system restore as far back as I can go but problem persists. I have looked in devices manager and there is a yellow exclamation mark which I've always interpreted as driver not completely installed I have been online and saved printer driver to my flash drive still wont install. I would appreciate advice. Thanks:D
