    Hiya and Welcome

First of all, which version of Easy CD Creator did you install? Also, what is your OS?

Once we know the version, we can have a look.

    Regards

Go here and download the ASPI check program: http://www.cyrus.troy.btinternet.co.uk/downloads.htm

If it reports your ASPI is damaged download the Force ASPI and go here for instructions on using it: http://www.flexion.org/aspi/

Go here and get the latest firmware for your burner: http://www.lgeservice.com/CDRW.htm

And go here to get the latest updates for EZCD: http://www.roxio.com/en/support/ecdc/ecdcupdates.jhtml

These are always the first steps for burner problems.

Answer eddie5659’s questions as well as the model and speed of your LG and we can look further if the ASPI and updates don’t help.
