Hi there. I just finished building my new computer and want to install Windows 7. Unfortunately, my monitor seems to be acting up. When ever I turn my computer and monitor on, I get a black screen with a pop up that reads "DVI-D Power Saving Mode". Is there any way to get rid of this without having Windows 7 installed already? If no, how could I possibly fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

Here's a list of my specs...
    Processer: Intel I5 2500K
Video Card: Galaxy GeForce GTX 560Ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz kit.
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy SE
    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 & 2.0 Revision
    PSU: ModX Stream-Pro 700W & 25A on +12V Rails
    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Optical Drive: Internal/Gh24 LG Super Multi DVD Write 24x
Monitor: LG Super LED 23" EW234
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

OS should be irrelevant. Error messages on the monitor would indicate a hardware issue (ie: monitor, cable, video card).

Try swapping the cable. You could also test the monitor on another PC, that would at least verify the monitor (and cable).
